Types of corners
Corners are divided into two categories, fabric and pressed, in terms of the production process. What is Percy's corner? When an iron sheet is used to produce a corner, it is called a pressed corner. Its production is done in the same way as the production of press studs by passing the strip-cut sheet through a production line, cold forming. In Percy's angle, the internal angle is considered to be 90 degrees as much as possible. Percy angles are generally equal wings. The material of these corners is St37 construction steel.
?What is a fabric corner The corner that hot rolling process is used in its production is called fabric corner. This product is produced by forming molten slabs, which will have different mechanical properties compared to pressed corner. Cutting, drilling and bending are done easily. Therefore, the corner is made in different ways in different applications. One of the applications of the corner that has been drilled is to make iron shelves for storing goods. Also, in terms of appearance, the corners have two groups. Equal wing angles and unequal wing angles Equal wing angle If the length of two angular sides is equal to each other, it is called an equal wing. Uneven wing angle If the length of the corner wings is not equal, it is called an unequal wing.
